Step 01
Site Assessment
We start with an on-site visit where we walk the property with you, measure the space, and listen to your landscape needs/wants. Our experts perform a detailed evaluation of your turf health, soil composition, and landscape layout to tailor your maintenance program and for your plants and sod to thrive in this coastal climate.Â
Step 02
Install Process
At this stage, we’ll take a 50% deposit so we can order your materials and lock in your spot on our schedule. Our team will deliver everything to your property and complete the work carefully, efficiently, and on time. The remaining balance is due once the full scope of work is finished. You’ll have both a designer and an on-site supervisor with you every step of the way to keep the experience simple, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
Step 03
Scheduled Activation
Review your custom proposal, select your preferred recurring tier, and finalize the agreement to lock in your active maintenance schedule.

Maintenance Package- If choosing to do a maintenance package you will have access to a Monday-Thursday 9am- 4:30pm support team to help assist with questions, concerns, and adds on for landscape needs.Â
